📍 What areas do you deliver to? We deliver throughout the Twin Cities. Delivery rates vary based on distance.
📅 What are your delivery days? We offer delivery on Wednesday each week. Delivery windows are 10 AM – 2 PM.
⏰ How are delivery times scheduled? Delivery will be within the window of 10 AM - 2 PM. Once delivered, we send a photo confirmation.
🚪 Do you deliver directly to my door? Yes! All deliveries are contactless and left at your door or preferred safe location.
🏢 I live in an apartment — how does delivery work? Please meet the driver at the main entrance or lobby. Drivers do not enter apartment buildings. If the apartment has a designated area for receiving packages, it will be left there.

All Panda Squad Cookies' products have a shelf life of 7 to 10 days. Our cookies are best stored in an airtight container at room temperature if our cookies are taken out of their food package. If you cannot enjoy all the delicious treats at once, store them in the freezer upon delivery to extend their freshness; they can last up to 3 months when frozen. When you're ready to indulge, simply unthaw at room tempertaure for 30 minutes, in the oven preheated to 325°F for 3-5 minutes (or 15-20 seconds in the microwave) and they'll be as good as new!
