SHIPPING & PROCESSING
 

SHIPPING

    • Free shipping is offered for all cookie orders within the continental United States using USPS Priority shipping, which typically takes 2 to 4 days.  Please note that we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes.

    • Orders are processed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We ship out orders using USPS from Monday to Wednesday.

    • If an order is placed after our weekly cutoff on Tuesdays at 2 PM CST, it will not ship until the following week.

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable for late deliveries caused by incorrect addresses. Additionally, USPS may require a signature upon delivery.

    • Please note that high demand may lead to delays or extra processing time, especially during the holiday season. For any shipping questions or concerns, please email annette@pandasquadcookies.com.

FRESHNESS

  • To maintain the quality and freshness of our cookies during transit, each cookie is individually wrapped and sealed, then placed in a USPS box to save on waste and pass on our savings to our customers. Catered cookies are placed in a beautiful brown box inside of a USPS box that would fit your special occasion. The box is tightly packed with environmentally friendly packaging materials and shipped in a USPS box.

  • We recommend consuming our cookies within 5 days of receiving them to achieve the best taste and freshness.

  • If you cannot enjoy the cookies right away, or if you wish to extend their freshness, freeze them upon receiving for up to 12 weeks (3 months).

  • To enjoy cookies from the freezer, allow 30 minutes to thaw or reheat them in the microwave or oven. Reheating instructions are in our FAQ section and "Cookie Care Instructions."

RETURNS

    • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for our cookies due to their perishable nature.

    • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, don't hesitate to contact us at annette@pandasquadcookies.com within 24 hours of receiving your cookies. Provide a photo along with a description of the issue. We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Claims submitted after the 24-hour window or without proper documentation will not qualify for a reshipment or refund.

CANCELLATIONS

    • If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us at annette@pandasquadcookies.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
