Here’s how our delivery service works:

1. Place Your Order

Order online.

All orders must be prepaid.

The delivery day is Wednesday.

If an order is placed after our weekly cutoff on Mondays at 12 PM CST, it will not be delivered until the following week.

2. Refund

Delivery charges are non-refundable for late deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

3. Contactless Delivery

Our driver will deliver your order to your doorstep or a designated safe spot.

We’ll send a photo confirmation via text immediately after drop-off.

4. Apartment Deliveries

Please meet the driver at the main entrance or lobby. If the apartment building has a drop-off area, the delivery will be left there.

5. Delivery Rates

$5 within 5 miles

$10 within 6–15 miles

$20 within 16-30 miles

Free delivery on orders $50+

6. Delivery

Deliveries are done between 10 AM – 2 PM only.
