Our cookies are made on shared equipment in a kitchen that processes gluten, soy, wheat, and nuts. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are safe for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg, or wheat allergies.

Here’s how our delivery service works:

1. Place Your Order

• Order online.  
• All orders must be prepaid.
• The delivery day is Wednesday.
• If an order is placed after our weekly cutoff on Mondays at 12 PM CST, it will not be delivered until the following week.

2. Refund

• Delivery charges are non-refundable for late deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.

3. Contactless Delivery

• Our driver will deliver your order to your doorstep or a designated safe spot.

• We’ll send a photo confirmation via text immediately after drop-off.

4. Apartment Deliveries

Please meet the driver at the main entrance or lobby.  If the apartment building has a drop-off area, the delivery will be left there.

5. Delivery Rates

• $5 within 5 miles
• $10 within 6–15 miles
• $20 within 16-30 miles
• Free delivery on orders $50+

6. Delivery

Deliveries are done between 10 AM – 2 PM only.
